At Copp’s, the service doesn’t stop at the checkout. From loading your vehicle to delivering to your jobsite, cutting materials to size, designing your space, and financing your project — we offer a full range of in-store and on-site services to make your build easier from start to finish.
DRIVE-THRU WAREHOUSING
After your purchase is made, how ideal is it for someone to load your vehicle for you? At Copp’s you just need to show proof of payment and we will put the materials in your car or truck for you and send you on your way.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Don’t see what you need on the shelf? Visit any of our four locations and ask a sales associate about our special-order program. We have an expanded catalogue covering most departments, with access to products well beyond our regular in-store assortment.
DELIVERY
With a fleet of 20+ trucks, Copp’s delivers directly to your home or jobsite for a reasonable fee based on distance from the store. Curbside delivery places your order on the driveway. Premium delivery includes up to three specialty placements: special placement (backyard or garage if accessible), drywall handling, and rooftop shingle placement.
PAINT MATCHING
Found a colour you love but don’t know what it is? Bring in a sample — fabric, siding, flooring, a paint chip, almost anything — and our colour-match program will find it. We also offer the Pittsburgh Paints online paint visualizer so you can see any colour in your room before committing.
CUSTOM CUTS
Need boards cut to specific lengths? Just give us the measurements and we’ll cut them for you at a reasonable rate — saving you time and reducing waste on the job.
KEY CUTTING
Copp’s Buildall offers convenient key cutting services while you shop. A quick, easy stop alongside your regular visit.
CREDIT & FINANCING
