Delivery Options and Fees

The delivery, pickup, and fee information on this page applies to orders placed through coppsbuildall.com. For orders placed in store or by phone, delivery options and fees are arranged directly with our sales team and may differ from those listed below.

We are committed to delivering your purchases quickly and reliably within our service area. Please find our delivery options below:

• Standard delivery for large or heavy items delivered by the Copp’s Buildall team
  (used for the majority of our deliveries)
  - Our standard fee for delivery within the city limits of London, Ontario is $65.00. Rates increase the farther the delivery address is from London, and fuel surcharges may apply. Our sales team can confirm your delivery zone and fee based on your address.
  - Standard delivery places your order on your driveway only. For additional delivery services, please contact our sales team at any Copp’s Buildall store.

• For small and lightweight items - courier service is also available
  (only offered for products that meet the criteria for courier shipment)
  - Available for deliveries within London, Ontario, and up to 2km beyond the city boundaries.
  - Fees:
      - Orders under $100 (before taxes): $10, 1-2 business day delivery.
      - Orders of $100 or more (before taxes): Free 1-2 business day delivery.
  - Our third-party courier will try to hand the goods to you but will leave them at the delivery address if no one is available to receive them. Copp’s Buildall is not responsible for lost or stolen goods left at the delivery address.

Pickup Options

We also offer customers the option to pick up online orders in store (curbside pickup may be requested by customers who need additional assistance):

• In-Store Pickup: Place your order online and pick it up at your preferred Copp’s Buildall location during regular business hours. Please wait for a confirmation before coming to pick up your items.
• Curbside Pickup: Please call or email us to request this option. We’ll bring your order directly to your vehicle when you let us know you have arrived.

Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible:

• Standard delivery: We can usually accommodate next business-day delivery for orders received before 2pm. Please call to confirm if you need delivery on a specific date.
• Courier delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days, depending on volume and availability.

Real-Time Inventory Availability

Our website displays real-time inventory so you can see which items are in stock for delivery or pickup. While we make every effort to keep our inventory records accurate, we cannot guarantee that the quantities listed are always correct. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

For special orders or out-of-stock items, estimated delivery times will be provided after we have reviewed your order.

Shipping Restrictions

• Our courier service is limited to London, Ontario and up to 2km beyond the city boundaries.
• Some products are excluded from courier delivery due to their size or weight.
• Standard delivery is generally available to your job site or home within a 200km radius of London, Ontario.

Display Product Ordering

• Some products on display in our stores may not be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• Display products can be ordered through our in-store sales representatives and delivered to your preferred address within our delivery area.
• Your sales representative will confirm delivery fees and estimated delivery times when the order is placed.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once the order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup to arrange a return or exchange. You can review our terms and conditions here.
• Goods may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Some higher value items require validation before credit can be issued (up to 48 hours).
• Special order and final sale goods cannot be returned, except when they arrive damaged or incorrect.
